Why not just BCC every coach?+
Coaches delete mass emails on sight. RecruitReach sends one personal email per coach — their name, their school, your note about their program — spaced out over time so it reads like you wrote each one by hand. Because you basically did, once.
How is each email personalized?+
You write a template with merge fields — 21 of them, pulling from your athlete profile and each coach's row. {{coach_last_name}}, {{school}}, {{gpa}}, {{highlight_link}} and more fill in automatically, with a live per-coach preview before anything sends.
What do I need to get started?+
A Google account and a list of coaches. That's it. Fill in your profile once, import the list (CSV or by hand), pick the starter template, and your first batch can be queued in about five minutes.
Can I see who opened my emails?+
Yes — the dashboard tracks opens and replies per coach, and the funnel view shows exactly where every program stands: not contacted, sent, opened, or replied.
Will this get my email flagged as spam?+
Sending is throttled on purpose. You set the spacing (10–20 minutes is typical) and a daily cap, so your outreach looks like a person, not a blast. Deliverability is the whole point.
What does it cost?+
